How far in advance should I place my order?

We typically ask that orders are placed a minimum of 48 hours in advance for regular boxes & boards, and a minimum of 5 days in advance for events serving 25+ people.

If you’re in a bind, send us a message or give us a call—if our schedule allows, we may be able to squeeze ya in. Always reach out.

I’ll have other food at my party too. What are the portion sizes for your grazing tables?

All of our grazing tables are appetizer portions which makes them the perfect pairing for any meal. This includes 2 oz of cheese and 1 oz of meat per person plus all accompaniments.  

Can I order appetizers in addition to charcuterie?

Yes, we provide a list of appetizers/small bits and home made deserts to chose from when you book the multi-dimentional grazing table.

Can you accommodate dietary requests and allergies?

Absolutely! We’re happy to accommodate almost every dietary request, however our food is stored and prepared in a shared commercial kitchen with risk of cross contamination or exposure to allergens. Please specify any allergies or additional details while ordering.

Do you offer pick up and delivery?

Yes! We offer pick up at our commercial kitchen in Mckinney as well as delivery within DFW.

Delivery cost is $20.

If you have a delivery, please contact us to ensure we’re available to deliver to your location on your desired date.

I’m hosting an event, how do I know how much charcuterie to order?

We’re here to help and are happy to hop on the phone to talk through the recommended amount of food to order for your special event.

How do I place an order for my event?

Check out the “catering” page and then fill out the contact form! You’ll then receive an email from us either asking for more details for the event or a proposal ready to book if we are available. 

I want a graze table for my wedding but I don’t know our final headcount. Can I let you know later?

Absolutely! We require a 50% deposit to hold your date and we can adjust the invoice as your headcount changes up to a week before your big event.

Could you make a charcuterie board if I provide my own wooden board?

Absolutely. It would be a XL charcuterie board charge of $275 + delivery fee of $20 (board pick up and delivery).
